    I started with Tina Repa Running in July of 2021. I will be running a 10k distance on DECEMBER 26, 2021!!!
    I started with 30 second jog intervals and can now endure the dis of 6 miles!!!
    Three days A week of tra fits into my sch edule nicely. Alth im retired, i am busier than ever, but can manage to squ in a run on 3 days.
    I am looking forward to the next running level!

    This program changes lives!! After taking two years off of running due to an injury, I wanted to ease back into running and started this program. However, I did not expect to get to the point where I am now. This is an intentional program which works for all levels and includes a great deal of accountability, which is something I was in desperate need of.     Love this program!! I started with this group in july of 2022 and honestly it was the best decision I could have made. I knew I was getting ready to go through a very busy work schedule in the coming months and would need to be mindful of self care.     I started with Repa Running one year ago today. I had started and quit a multitude of programs in the past five years. I wasn’t really sure that this program would be any different but with my blood pressure high and my weight at its highest, a one year old and 12 year old at home, I figured I really didn’t have anything to lose. I decided to go all in and I don’t regret it. My husband and children were the first to notice the change, My mood lifted. In three months my doctor noticed my blood pressure was lower and by the time I ran my 5k everyone was asking what I was doing. My skin was glowing probably from all the extra sun I was getting From running but I also just felt happier and more confident.     I found this program after listening to Tina’s podcast in July 2022. I’ve never done anything athletic in my life and decided on a whim to start running to get some exercise. What I got was so much more. Its now Nov 2022 and I’ve completed a few 5k’s and training for longer distances. I have the resting heart rate of an athlete – me! But also, the confidence and sense of accomplishment I feel go above and beyond just the running. I’ve made new friends – all of whom are feeling amazed by what this program has given to them. I’m so grateful!
