How do you become a brand new runner when you haven’t worked out and are stuck in a rut? Learn how Cami overcame all of her self doubt and pushed herself out of her comfort zone to not only run a mile, but to work up to a 10k distance, fall in love with running and set her sights on a half-marathon goal.
