“Run with Me” – 5k Distance
- 6 week PROGRAM designed to get you to the 5k distance in a fun, supportive and stress free setting.
- 3 Weekly workouts delivered to your inbox on Sunday.
- Delivered 1 week at a time.
- Weekly reflection questions sent to your inbox.
- Ability to submit questions to the Coach.
- Questions will be answered in weekly Facebook Live sessions.
- Weekly Zoom Videos to prepare for the upcoming week.
- Access to private Facebook group for accountability and support.
