“Prep Me” – Running plan for the Super Beginner

• 4 week course designed to get you prepped to start a beginner 5k training program.
  • 4 Weekly workouts delivered to your inbox on Sunday.
  • Delivered 1 week at a time.
• Weekly Journal prompts and reflection questions sent to your inbox. 
• Ability to submit questions to the Coach.
  • Questions will be answered in weekly Facebook Live sessions. 
• Access to private Facebook group for accountability and support.

“Run with Me” – 5k Distance

• 6 week PROGRAM designed to get you to the 5k distance in a fun, supportive and stress free setting. 
  • 3 Weekly workouts delivered to your inbox on Sunday.
  • Delivered 1 week at a time.
• Weekly reflection questions sent to your inbox. 
• Ability to submit questions to the Coach.
  • Questions will be answered in weekly Facebook Live sessions. 
• Weekly Zoom Videos to prepare for the upcoming week. 
• Access to private Facebook group for accountability and support. 

** NEW: All participants who complete and post all of the “Run with Me” Workouts will receive a Tina Repa Running – 5 K T-shirt, and Certificate of Completion! **
