About Us

about us

a vision

Hey there. I’m Tina Repa and I’m going to start a movement. A running movement. If I had to describe what it looks like in my mind, I’d say I envision walking down a street… people lining up to walk behind me. ALL kinds of people. Older, younger, thicker, thinner, shorter, taller, alone or with others. They would all start to form a group behind me and wait for the moment when I started the jog. They would begin to jog behind me… looking at each other, looking at me and feeling a little unsure. At first. As we continue to jog, they begin to fill with pride. With confidence. I would remind them that they’re strong. I’d tell them that comfort is no fun and that we only grow when we allow ourselves to get uncomfortable. I’d tell them to lean into the push and remember how that feeling is building their inner bada$$.

I’d begin to jog around the perimeter of the group to ensure that no runner is left behind. The others would join hands and support each other in their discomfort. Overwhelmed moms would get an extra set of hands on their stroller making sure the burden was shared with the group. As I jog around the perimeter, I would pick up others who were watching. Watching and wishing they could be a part of our group, but lacking the confidence to try. I’d hold their hand and show them… it only takes 30 seconds of courage to change their life.

30 seconds. That’s the length of the first jogging interval in day one of the beginners program. 30 seconds. We can do anything for 30 seconds. Do I think they can handle more? Of course. We are stronger than we will ever believe. But that 30 seconds will prove to them that there is nothing to be scared of. Running doesn’t have to be torture. It doesn’t have to be hard. It doesn’t have to be “not for me.” Running is for everybody. We run alone, but we run together. Come with us. We’ve got you. Running IS for you.

Run with me.
